John Bosch

CASTALIAN SPRINGS, TENN. - John Michael Bosch, 48, passed away Monday, February 28, 2011, following an accident while working for the City of White House, Tenn. He was born June 26, 1962, in Milwaukee, and lived in Racine much of his life. He was a graduate of Case High School and later enlisted in the United States Army. He was a Ranger in the First Battalion 75th Airborne Infantry and a Veteran of the Granada invasion. John was an active member in the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, White House VFW, other veteran groups, and the American Legion Post 17 in Gallatin, Tenn. John was extremely kind, hard- working, and was loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Bosch Ward of Castalian Springs, Tenn.; son, Billy John Bosch of Racine; brothers, Paul (Angela) Bosch of Castalian Springs, Tenn., Daniel (Stacey) Bosch of Sumner, Wash., and Glenn T. Bosch of Racine; sisters, Victoria (Harald) Ponader of Garmisch, Germany and Jean (Don) Burke of Racine; nieces and nephews, Kacie (Stephan) Stolp, Kelli Bosch, Brian Bosch, Christina Bosch, Donny (Becky) Burke, Mitchell Burke, and Colleen (Jonathan) Hennegan; other relatives and friends. John was preceded in death by his father, Paul P. Bosch; and his step-father, Gerald A. Ward. Visitation will be at the Crestview Funeral Home, 1620 Highway 109 North, Gallatin, Tenn., on Saturday, March 5, 2011, from 4 until 8 p.m. and at the funeral home on Sunday from 1 until 3 p.m. with a Military Funeral service at 3 p.m. John will be cremated.
